Formulated from special polyester resins that increase adhesion and flexibility while repairing vinyl and other plastic substrates such as arm rests, console covers, dashes and bumpers. Padded Dash Fill has excellent filling qualities which allows shaping, sanding, and edge feathering. This product is also used as a top coat over other cold type repair processes.
