A very strong, low-heat-cure compound to be used as a base for vinyl and leather repairs. Can be sanded with 400-600 grit sandpapers. Follow as necessary with Vinyl Repair Compound or Leather Fill products. Can also be used to repair padded dashes, arm rests and thin vinyl.
